Register a New Loan
Brokers and LOs can submit or \”register\” new files on their Loan registration page after logging in.
- Add a Broker on the Guests page. Add any affiliated Loan Officers if applicable. The Broker or LO will receive an email notifying them that their account has been created and inviting them to log in.
- The Broker or LO logs in and clicks Register New Loan button in the menu.
- Broker or LO fills in the loan details and submits the form. Then they are prompted to upload any files or docs associated with the loan. The primary Admin will receive an email notification that a new loan has been registered.
- The registered loan info is now available on the Loans page, in the main Loan list, with \”On Hold\” status and unassigned.
Once the loan is assigned, the processor can begin setting up the file, by reviewing the 1003 and other docs, and then adding the appropriate items and conditions from the SmartList.
