What is the Daily Report?
With a lot of Tickets in the queue, a Processor or Tech can get lost in all the items. The Daily Report was built to show a Processor/Tech a simple list of what they need to do today. It’s set up to pull the most past due items and link to them for quick access in the Ticket. This way the most overdue items get done first.
Admins can see all users\’ items or view a single users\’ items.
