Add Techs
You need to add a Tech to assign a Ticket.
- In the menu, click the Techs link or Users link.
- Click the + Add New icon.
- Enter the info.
- To edit a Tech, click the Pencil icon, edit, then click Save.
After Adding a Tech:
- The Tech will be emailed with their new credentials and a link to sign in.
- The Tech will also be saved in the Users page, which houses their username and password.
