Warranty Expiration Date

If your company uses a fixed expiration date for your warranties, you can save this for each customer on the Customers page and Tikit will email your customer 45 days away from the expiration date, using an email template of your choice (for example, a warranty renewal offer). In the Tikit settings, we can save a setting to enable or disable the email notification.
