How to Email the Donor Dashboard Link

Navigate to the Sponsorship Record

Click the  icon to open the Communication modal.

Compose a new email or an Email Template, and in the email body, insert the shortcode:
[#ENCRYPTED-LINK#] This will generate a secure, encrypted link for the donor, granting them instant access to their dashboard — no login required, thanks to Tikit’s built-in encryption.

After sending the email, go to the Communication History tab. Here, you’ll find the sent email and can confirm that the encrypted link was successfully delivered.
