Available Shortcodes for Email Templates

Shortcodes appear in the following email templates by default:

  • New Loan Welcome Email
  • New Items Needed Email
  • Item Rejected Email
  • Item Reminder Email
  • Late Items Reminder Email
  • All Items Completed Email
  • All Items Completed Email

 

In the email message, the following items are automated with shortcodes:

  • Borrower First Name (of the Borrower)
  • Your Company Name
  • Items (based on loan items and conditions checklist located in the SmartList)
  • Company (Mortgage Processing Team)

 

Below is the list of the shortcodes that you can add to emails:

[#ORDERID#] : Loan Number

[#COMPANY NAME#] : Company Name

[#CUSTOMER-FIRSTNAME#] : Borrower First Name

[#ENCRYPTED-LINK#] : Link created for the borrower (or other parties like Realtors, Title agents, etc), which will take them to the borrower dashboard.

[#ITEMS#] : Loan Items. Requires you to expand the items list above the email message box and select some loan items to include.

[#LINK-MESSAGE#] : This will be the encrypted-link with an invitation to login for the Borrower Dashboard if emailing the borrower, or a login link if emailing other Users.

[#URL#]: Dashboard URL (which also redirects to the login url if not logged in)
