Customer Dashboard
Tikit makes communication with customers easy with the customer dashboard. It was designed to give your customers access to all the information they need to stay informed and happy, while minimizing your team\’s engagement and time investment.
The dashboard gives your customers real-time access to the following:
- Name of your representative managing their repairs
- Status of each repair
- Status of the ticket as a whole
- Vendor or subcontractor name and appointment date/time for each repair
- Tools to upload pics or files for a repair
- Communicate back and forth with your representative using the Comments box
