Delete a Loan

Generally you don’t need to delete a loan because you can simply change its status to cancelled, withdrawn or other. However, we can delete an existing loan if needed. Please email support@tikit.tools to completely remove it, which will also remove all associated data (Attachments, Email & Text history, Loan items and conditions, Borrower info, Registered data, ancillary loan data, etc). Brokers, LOs and other Guests will not be deleted since they may be associated with other Loans.
