Tikit makes communication with donors easy with the Donor dashboard. It is designed to give your donors access to all the information they need to stay informed and happy, while minimizing your team’s engagement and time investment. 

The dashboard gives your donors real-time access to the following:

• Name of your representative managing their sponsorships
• Status of each sponsorship
• Status of the sponsorship as a whole
• Special sponsorship requests
• Tools to use to upload pics or files for your child or sponsorship
• Communicate back and forth with a representative using the Chat box
