Email and Text Message Templates

Tikit comes with pre-built email and text message templates to make your job easy. These templates can be pulled up in the communications popup window in each loan to make sending an email or text message quick and uniform.

The following Email Templates are prewritten for you based on things you might need at certain loan milestones. Text Message equivalents are also included. You may edit any of these by visiting the Email Templates page in the menu:

• User Account Created
• New Loan Welcome Email
• More Information Needed
• New Items Needed
• Item Rejected
• All Items Completed
• Send Dashboard Link

Tikit also sends email and text reminders when you set a Reminder date for an item and people have been selected to receive the Reminder. The following Email and Text Templates are used, and may be edited by visiting the Email Templates page in the menu:

• Item Reminder Email
• Late Items Reminder

Click Edit to customize the messages. Click Update when done.
