Lead Representative
You may want an experienced representative to step up in a lead role managing other Reps. A Manager user role would accommodate this, however, your Rep might also need to continue processing Sponsorships. This is where the Lead Rep role comes into play.
The Lead Rep can still be assigned Sponsorships, but also has access to other Reps’ Sponsorships, whereas a regular Rep only sees their own Sponsorships.
To create a Lead Rep:
- In the menu, click the REPS link or Users link.
- Click the
icon.
- Enter the info, selecting Lead Rep as the role or group.
- To edit a Rep, click the
, edit, then click SAVE.
After Adding a Rep:
- The Rep will be emailed with their new credentials and a link to sign in.
- The Rep will also be saved in the Users page, which houses their username and password.
