Loans Page Breakdown
The Loans page is very complex and involves a lot of moving parts. Reviewing this breakdown below will help you get a better understanding:
Special Columns
ID – the loan #, which is generated based on the Lender ID.
Status – the current status of the loan, which changes color based on a few of the statuses. On Hold turns yellow to alert that a loan needs to be restarted. Pending Approval turns blue to alert that a loan is ready for final review by an Admin before submitting to the underwriter.
Borrower – if you need to edit the Borrower details, click the Borrower name or .
Program Type – saved in the loan registration process, but editable here in case it changes. The original registered data will not be changed.
Lender – saved in the loan registration process, pulled from the Lenders Table. This is only editable on the Borrower page, because it exists in multiple pages.
Age – tells us how old the loan is. Based on the date the registered loan was assigned and added the Loans queue, not the date it was registered. This is also factored into the Processor’s bonus (if applicable).
