Admin, Manager, Payroll, Processor, Purchasing Manager, Users
- Admin: a company executive, program supervisor or employee. Add, edit, view, delete in any aspect or data in the app. No restrictions.
- Manager: a company supervisor or employee. Add, edit, view, delete in many aspects or data in the app, but not all. Set up to manage a number of Reps. In Users page, you can assign a Manager to each Rep.
- Representative (Rep): can view and update their sponsorship data as well as edit sponsorship items, but not sponsorship status; upload attachments, request POs and view their POs. Reps only see sponsorships assigned to them.
- Payroll: a company employee responsible for the financial transactions within Tikit, including POs. Can view, edit and approve POs; can view Sponsorships, Donors, Children. In Tikit Settings, a number of PO settings exist, such as which PO users should receive a number of different emails involved in the PO process, and whether to set a user as a PO Supervisor.
- Purchasing Manager: can view, edit and approve POs; can view Sponsorships and Sponsorship stats.
Guests
- Donors: can access their dashboard to view their sponsorships and check the status of each one. They can also upload additional documents, send messages through email or SMS, and view their communication history. Additionally, they have the option to leave notes or comments within the system.
