- Admin: a company employee or contractor. Add, edit, view, delete in any part of the app. No restrictions.
- Manager: a company employee or contractor. Add, edit, view, delete in any part of the app with the exception of some admin. No restrictions. Set up to manage a number of Techs. In Users page, you can assign a Manager.
- Tech: can view and update their Ticket data as well as edit Ticket items, but not Ticket status; upload attachments, request POs and view their POs.
- Payroll (Supervisor): can view, edit and approve POs; can view Tickets. In Tikit Settings, a number of PO settings exist, such as which PO users should receive a number of different emails involved in the PO process, and whether to set a user as a PO Supervisor.
- Purchasing Manager: can view, edit and approve POs; can view Tickets and Ticket stats.
