What are the Shortcodes I see in the Email Templates

Shortcodes enable you to easily develop automated message flows based on available email/text templates and common data. In other words, a shortcode is a placeholder for data that you would normally have to type over and over.

For example, the company shortcode inserts your company name, so you do not need to type it in every time.

The customer name shortcode will insert the Borrower’s name so you don’t have to review and type it every time. This enables you to send email/text messages faster.
