What does the user Access do?
The Access setting controls what the user is allowed to do in the system. Here’s what each level means:
- 0 – No Access: The user doesn’t have access on any page.
- 1 – Basic Access (Read-Only): The user can view the page, but generally has read only access, or very limited editing.
- 2 – Full Access: The user can add, edit, and delete items on the page. They can use all available features, such as communicating with donors and updating sponsorships. This level is usually given to a Representative or someone who needs full control over the system.
