What is a Guest?

Certain Users, such as Brokers and Loan Officers, are classified and saved automatically as Guests, because they are not part of your company. After you add a Guest such as a Broker, they can log in to register new loans and see loans currently in their pipeline, however, their Guest status limits their capabilities. They can only see and do things a Broker would need to do, things relevant to their loans, such as viewing loan statuses, uploading additional docs, leaving a note for the Processor, viewing communication history, etc.

Guests are not counted toward billing.

Generally, Real Estate agents do not need to log in, but can instead be sent the New Loan Welcome Email with the encrypted link to the Borrower Dashboard. They will need to be added as a Guest to receive Reminders, if desired.
